In this piece the artist makes the ironic statement of burning Farenheit 451. Inspired by an ad the artist passed at a bus stop, offering ebooks by Bradbury and Fitzgerald free with a purchase of chewing gum, Farenheit 451 questions the values of our contemporary western society, the devaluation of art and the eventual 'burning' that ensues. Gleizer asked participants to read key passages of their own choice over the burning book.
